Corey Coleman

Corey Coleman is a former NFL athlete, entrepreneur, and community advocate dedicated to creating lasting change for families facing trauma, instability, and adversity. Through THE WAY and the Coleman Foundation for Change, his mission is to provide safe environments where mothers and children can heal, rebuild, and move toward long-term self-sufficiency.

Driven by faith, leadership, and personal growth, Corey combines his professional experience, business background, and passion for service to help break cycles of hardship and strengthen communities from the inside out. His vision is centered on dignity, opportunity, and generational transformation, creating spaces where families are empowered to thrive, not just survive.

Jonathan Coleman

Board Member

Jonathan Coleman is a firefighter and paramedic for the City of Dallas, with more than six years of experience helping people during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. He is also a licensed Texas realtor with more than six years of experience, dedicated to helping families and individuals find places they can truly call home.

Jonathan attended Kansas State University, where he also played collegiate football. He later earned his MBA and Master’s in Business from Harding University while continuing his experience as a collegiate athlete.

His life and career reflect a commitment to leading with integrity, compassion, and purpose. Jonathan believes his calling is to serve others, which is why he has built his career around helping people both in emergency situations and through major life decisions.

Whether responding to emergency calls or assisting clients in real estate, Jonathan strives to provide genuine care, strong communication, and exceptional service. His approach is rooted in teamwork, uplifting others, and doing what he can to make people’s lives better during challenging times.

Malik Leonard

Board Member

Malik Leonard is a Senior Engineering Manager at Accenture, where he leads high-performing engineering teams and contributes to national diversity and inclusion strategy as a National Board Member for the African American Employee Resource Group.

He is also an active community leader, serving as a varsity football coach and mentor to student-athletes across the Dallas area. A committed advocate for service and achievement, Malik is a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.

His work reflects a strong dedication to leadership, youth development, and expanding opportunities within both corporate and community spaces.

Jackie Sheth

Board Member

Jackie Sheth is the President and CEO of DFW INK and SS Printing, where he oversees daily operations and leads a team of 20 employees. He is also the founder of SRE Investments, a real estate investment company focused on residential flips, rental properties, and long-term asset growth.

With experience spanning business operations, entrepreneurship, and real estate investing, Jackie is committed to building scalable businesses and creating opportunities within both the local community and the industries he serves.
